Fr. Brian Moras, National Delagate for Vocation Ministry and Vocation Director of the Mumbai Province was given a loving farewell on June 03, 2012 by DBYS (Don Bosco Youth Services) at the Don Bosco Primary School Auditorium. Fr. Michael Fernandes, Provincial of the Mumbai Province and Fr. Ajoy Fernandes, Vice Provincial and Head of the Youth Pastoral Core Team of the province graced the occasion. The festival in Poland has indeed been an enriching experience for all of us. It is a question to ask, ''How can one be an Indian and not be proud of it?'' This journey has brought us close to our own culture and the culture of other nations. The festival has really lived the spirit of cultural exchange in the true spirit of humanity. The festival was so youthful that all danced to just one tune of appreciating and being open to each other's cultures. Crescens Lemos, Leon Rodrigues, Dinesh Vasava, Richard Burkhao, Jacob Palaparambil, Johnson Bhuriya Pannasingh and Ashwin Mal are part of the band whom Don Bosco saw committing themselves in perpetuity to continue the mission given to him by God. The silent hustle and bustle in a country far away from home bought a pleasant surprise to fifteen individuals here in India. Thanks to the missionary activities of Fr. Oscar Tuscano in Albania, the Salesian Youth House named after St. Jan Bosko in Rozansystok in Poland invited us youngsters from the Salesians of Don Bosco Mumbai Province to take part in a Cultural Youth Festival Without Frontiers (Festiwal Mlodziezy Bez Granic) and accompanying activities from May 18 to June 3, 2012. Fr. Ajoy along with Fr. Glenn and Fr. Roy carefully chalked out a plan to select a team of youngsters from the Salesian Parishes of the Mumbai region to be part of this Cultural Exchange. Fr. Isaac Arackaparambil and Sr. Rita Lobo were chosen to accompany the group and what followed was five months of rigorous practices in dance, choir, presentations, and exhibitions, depicting Indian Culture. .
